Miscarriage or implantation bleed? or period?

for the past month i have been feeling like my period is about to come. i had unprotected on the 13th ovulated on 14th or 15th. my cycle is usually 29 days. last normal period was on oct.31. about couple days to a week after ovulation i started to get back pain, cramps and headaches. soon after that my became so tender that i couldn't even touch them. on the 24th of nov. my discharge went from white and milky think to a brown color where i can see blood mixed in. on the 25th i had medium bleeding with some clots. not enough blood to soak the pad for the entire day. the light bleeding conti. to the 26th and then stopped, and i was only spotting after. my period is supposed to come on the 29th which it did not show. i have never had a early period or missed a period and they have been regular for the past 7 years.after the bleeding the headaches, back pain are still there especially at night and tender cont. but decreased a bit. btw im 20 no health problems etc. and my cervix is high and somewhat soft it doesn't feel like i just came off my period. plus i still have a watery discharge mixed with some milky white discharge.the headaches and tender s stated about a 2 days before the bleeding. so i thought that my period would be on its way.i usually have back pain and tender before period but never that tender. really confused and no havent taken the test yet because im in finals week in college.
