Did I work out so I could gain weight??!! Why is this happening?

that happens to me sometimes as well, but you can't really just look at the weight you lose or gain, look yourself in the mirror is your figure changing, do close that use to fit you getting to me to big and lose when you wear it. What people sometimes do is that they tend to lose a lot of weight really fast than gain it back but most are muscles as well, try to switch from weighing yourself to measuring yourself and record it and you'll see that your losing inches.
