I cant move my body basically?

ok so sunday. which was 2 days ago. i was fine but then i started getting my major head aches back again. and then followed by that was a fever, my throat feeling tight and just sleeping and then later that night i hade a guy friend come over and he was messagign my neck and i started to puke. well this morning i couldnt move my neck and now i cant swallow not even my own spit. my gma seems to think i have strep throat even tho my temp is 99.5. and i want the pain in my neck to go away at least sum1 please help(: oh and my heart is racign 20X faster than usuall
