I'm a high school junior and was wondering if my grades are too low for these colleges?

well i'm canadian so our system works differently. but your best bet is probably either talk to a guidance councellor or visit the websites for the colleges and look into the program your interested. Usually it will give you the grade average for that course. It all depends on the course your looking to take, they are all different
