Sincere or crock of sh**? he said i seemed so untouchable.?

he liked me before but i rejected him.now he has someone else. though he's taken, he compliments me so much (he's repeated himself for last 4 years to me w/ these compliments) & told me that i would have been his wife by now, had i given him the chance. he says all of this to me, but yet claims to be in love w/his woman. what do you guys think?
