Help, need to book disney holiday? Working single parent.?

Never booked holiday before,just me and daughter(9).not a lot of money and will need to pay it up! had a look at paris disney for 3 nights nearly ped out. Am I better to book for florida next year, also book everything seperate ie hotel,flights?want her to have a fab time but not outwith my means.any good advice for a novice?flying from,glasgow,scotland.
