Why shouldn't citizens of other countries be allowed to state their opinion about our elections?

We as a country have pushed our collective agenda, both through extorsion, economy, gunboat diplomacy and violence, on the ENTIRE world, for decades. Who gets elected president in our country could have a more profound impact on some countries than who gets elected leader of their own countries. Why should they NOT care? And why are we too arrogant to listen?
