Osbournes: Yay or Nay?

At a time when the problems in society are often blamed at our lack of cultural identity and role models, was it a good idea to let the Osbourne family host the Brit Awards? The Brit Awards are an ideal opportunity to showcase the best of British to the rest of the world. In my opinion the Osbourne family are to British culture what Sir Les Patterson is to Australian culture. I am proud to be a British Citizen but I'm forced to question what Britishness is after watching the Brit Awards last night.
