Uhm you're not eating enough? You realize if you eat under 1500 calories day WITHOUT exercise its bad? With exercise is even worse ! If you go into starvation mode you will NOT lose the weight ! My goodness I eat treats and good meals ( in moderation) and I went from 140 - 123. Im also 5'6 and exercise daily. Your body NEEDS calories to function ! do not mess up your body at 15 years old ! Im 20 and I d never do that ! Please, eat properly, you need all your food groups and at least 1500 cals a day with exercise. 1700 would be safe
