Is this a good trade? Why/Why not?

I like it for you. You get a huge upgrade at QB, and (technically) downgrade a little at RB (although I am a firm believer that Foster will outperform MJD this year). Austin and Marshall are pretty close in value as well (slight edge to Austin). I think that a huge upgrade in QB outweighs slight downgrades at RB and WR.
